Retrograde Remedies #9 – 12 January 9th, 2010

Relishing the sacred time to really come home to the self – Mercury Retrograde is an invitation to slow down, take a deep breath, get a good read on where you are, where you’ve been and where you are going – that peaceful pause for rest and restoration in your journey! Here are some more remedies to help you navigate the retrograde with ease and grace!

ReConcile!

End old grievances, forgiving yourself and everyone who was a part of the experience. Sometimes you may choose to do this in person, other times you will do it at the higher self level.

ReCharge!

Go out into Nature and find places wher you feel charged up with positive energy. Is it the mountains, the beach, the forest where you get energized? Go there now and tap in to the Healing Power of Nature.

ReOrganize!

Different than re-arranging, re-organizing is more like a return to your most efficient organizational system. Sometimes we set up a great system and then drift off track. Go back to what has worked for you and see if things shift in a positive way.

ReEvaluate!

Carefully examine those things and thoughts you think that you value highly. Notice how what you valued ten years ago may be very different than what you value today.

Retrograde Remedies – #5-8 January 5th, 2010

Rhythms & cycles are an inherent part of our Universal experience. Each day we experience the turning of the Earth and we move from day into night and back into day again. The moon, the planets and the stars all influence the rhythms & cycles that are experienced during your Earthwalk. We are presently under the influence of the retrograde of the planet Mercury and I’ve created a few remedies to assist you as you journey through until the 15th of January!

Here is 5-8!

ReConnect!

Get in touch with old friends, colleagues, family members and let them know you care. Send a card, make a phone call, hook up for lunch, dinner or afternoon tea & crumpets.

ReCapitulate!

Go over old stories. Breathe in your energy from the story and breathe out the energy of others that you are still connecting with that experience.

ReVitalize!

Find an old project or relationship that you may have neglected and breathe new life into it. Remember to breathe new life into yourself too – with a luxurious massage or some other special treat for the body.

ReMember!

Go back in time. Find a lost gift, maybe even a lost soul part and bring it back in to your present moment. Begin to dialogue with that gift or soul part to facilitate integration.

Retrograde Remedies #1- 4 December 29th, 2009

For the next few weeks – until January 15th I’ll be periodically posting some Retrograde Remedies – little practices, rituals and suggestions that will assist you in maximizing the energetic environment of this 3 week period of time where Mercury is in retrograde! Please let me know how these suggestions serve you and what comes up as you engage in the practices and “take the remedies” and apply them in your own life or business!

ReJoice!

Take some time to create a ceremony or celebration to commemorate something you’ve accomplished in the most recent cycle.

ReTreat!

Schedule at least one day, a weekend a week or even the whole three weeks to shut down, drop out, stop the world & go in.

ReArrange!

Move things around a bit. Look at your stuff, emotional, mental, and spiritual as well as physical. Isn’t it time to create a new perspective?

ReLease!

Let go of everything that no longer serves you. Clean out your closets – All of them! Honor what has now lost it’s meaning or value to you and find others to whom you can pass things along.

Energy Is Everywhere & Everything #2 – Energy and the Planets! December 28th, 2009

php52yUsTPM As an entrepreneur you may be aware that there are cycles and rhythms to business – but you may NOT be aware that these cycles are mirrors for the larger cycles and rhythms of nature and the cosmos.

Everything has a cycle including you, including your business. If you are attuned to and aware of where you are in the cycle and where you are in relationship to the larger cycle then you can utilize that awareness to know when to act and when to be still.

Right NOW (and three or four times over the course of every year) we have just entered a cycle known as Mercury Retrograde – this is when the planet Mercury is traveling in a “backwards” pattern relative to the Earth in our combined ellipses around the sun. Just as the Moon has an effect on our planet (remember it’s the moon that causes the tides to rise and fall – that’s a pretty powerful effect if you ask me!) so too do the planets have an effect on our Earthly rhythms.

Since we are energetically and physically connected to the Earth – its important and will help you in your business to have a larger awareness of natural (including solar system, galactic and universal) cycles and rhythms. For the next 3 weeks or so we’ll be in this Mercury Retrograde cycle – for me this means a time to do anything that begins with the letters RE – it’s a GREAT time to REview the previous year, to REvise things, to REarrange your schedule, your office, your routines. I like to REst and REJuvenate too during retrograde and it’s also a wonderful time to REconnect to old friends, acquaintance, colleagues and REVitalize those RELationships!

Rather than Fight the energy – go with it – flow with it – be in alignment with the retrograde and you’ll discover some amazing things that will naturally unfold for you. If you try to muscle through and move forward at a time when it’s best for you to sit back and RELease (that need to push forward all the time!) – you will not only waste a lot of energy but you will likely find yourself drained when it IS time to move forward and will have far less impact and ability to manifest because you’ll have no REServes of energy stored!

I’ve prepared some Retrograde Remedies that I’m going to share over the next few weeks that might help you to back off from that desire to move forward and allow you to settle in to this wonderful time to RECharge! Energy is Everywhere & Everything #1 December 11th, 2009

We are Energetic Beings – we have an energy field and we use energy to create! Whatever energy we are carrying in our field is directly channeled into our creations. So if you have a dream – if you have a desire – if you have a calling and you make the decision to act on that you will automatically bring to that dream/desire or calling all your “baggage” all your fears, all your blocks, all your conditioning and all your heritage. If you decide to answer the call by creating a business – all of that stuck/blocked/trapped/congested or heavy energy becomes a part of your business’ vibe too! What to do? Well it all starts with you!

I want to thank you for finding your way here – because I have experienced for myself EXACTLY what I’m describing above and I have some tips, tools and secrets to share with you.

We are going on a beautiful journey together – so sit back and relax – I want you to ENJOY this journey – there may be some mucky spots that we encounter along the way but we’re prepared to assist you in navigating through them.
