Change Is Upon US…Welcome to the NEW World! October 9th, 2010
Greetings and blessings of love and light to all who are receiving
this message!
You know we are in a time of great change – you feel it – you experience it and you may even be a conscious catalyst for the changes yourself!
Old paradigms and ways of being that now no longer serve are falling away. New paradigms are being born – and you have a choice.
You can choose to hang on with all your might overwhelmed by fear of losing what is known and comfortable for you or you can choose to embrace the changes or even dare I say INITIATE them!
We are at the 10.10.10 gateway. The last year or so since the 999 has been a year of completion – of wrapping up and integrating all the lessons of the decade just passed. Now we are at the portal again – another portal that initiates the next phase of our evolution.
The 101010 marks the entryway to a time of even more accelerated growth and even more rapid awakening of the global consciousness. Those who are poised now to serve the awakened ones will be co-creating and stabilizing new structures, new systems, new beliefs, new thoughtforms and newly synthesized mergers of ancient knowledge that has been distilled to it’s essence and re-combined to create deeper understanding of our soul and our purpose for being here.
Conscious (awakened) entrepreneurs are leading the shift and the entrepreneurial journey itself is a vessel for creation and presentation to the world of messages and paradigm shifting missions and movements.
As many of you who have been following me know – my own journey has been one of continuous change, growth and refinement. The time for consciously creating change has arrived for me too and I stand at this gateway letting go of the old and welcoming the new right along with all of you! I want to thank you for being a part of my journey and a member of the Energy Journey Community. I am happy to announce that I am now going to be Joyfully and DIVINELY partnered in my mission with a business partner who has been working with me behind the scenes since the beginning of this year to co-create and solidify our Signature Program the Core Path Intensive and our unique branded system – the SCORE your Spiritually Energized Entrepreneurial Success System.
Mikael Sami Kumara and I held a day of ceremony yesterday – cementing our relationship at the energetic level, with the intent
of moving toward greater balance and unity. We co-created three different despachos (gift/prayer bundles for Mother Earth) which
were burned in fire ceremony last night to welcome the new moon.
One of the things we’ll be doing in the coming months is going through all of what I have created and deciding what needs to die and what needs to be reborn with the addition of his energy and creativity to better serve more people to shift their energy and come into a conscious, active and aware relationship with their own personal power and capacity to create change in the world. That will include some re-design and re-alignment of this site to better reflect how we stand now in the world in Divine Partnership.

Energy & Stillness October 5th, 2010
Do you know when to act and when to be still? Energy is actually always in motion – every atom in the universe is filled with electrons that are moving constantly – as matter slows it appears to create something solid and tangible like a desk, a tree, a mountain or a human. You as a conscious being have the capacity to speed up or slow at will.
The slower you get, the more palpably you can feel and perceive energy – your own as well as that of your business. As the seasons change the invitation to slow comes directly from nature herself. When we attempt to force things to happen in our lives and our business we waste our energy and life force and can often end up overwrought, overwhelmed and overexhausted. While each of us has our own natural rhythm and cycle we can look to the larger rhythms and cycles of nature as a guide and we can consciously choose to align ourselves and our work with those larger flows of energy.
Taking time to slow down, to be still and to act with greater attention to detail and more deliberation allows you to crystallize or solidify your intentions to create an entrepreneurship that is finely crafted like a piece of great art or sculpture. Your business – your entrepreneurship – is the vehicle through which you are delivering your soul’s gifts to the world. Your practice then is to create this vehicle with the mindfulness and patience that will enable you to deliver in a way that is both sustainable and allows you to maintain the fire of desire that keeps you interested and invested in bringing that passionate purpose to the world.
My partner Mikael and I have been working within our Core Path Intensive program with clients who are learning how to manage and master their personal power (also known as energy) and how to connect that power with their passionate purpose in RIGHT RELATIONSHIP. When the HIGH OCTANE fuel of first discovering your passionate purpose wears off then the long term process of establishing a healthy and DIVINE partnership with your business begins to be called forth from you. Being an entrepreneur in and of itself is a spiritual practice. It can be a challenge that hones your spirit to be asked by the world and your business to slow down, to come into a place of stillness and to act with clarity, with intent and with deliberation after experiencing periods of rapid growth and development that fire up your imagination and exercise your creative gifts.
Be kind to yourself as you and your business go through the quite normal ups and downs of crafting a relationship. Know that there are tools and skills that you will be acquiring and building along the way. Look to nature as an example of sustainable creativity. Notice your own energy and how it ebbs and flows. Get in touch with your own rhythms and cycles and organize yourself and your work to accentuate your strengths. Delegate or delete those areas where you are weakest from your business model. Don’t try to do everything at once or be like everyone else that you see out there. YOUR gift is unique. YOUR journey is your own. There is perfection in the stillness. Allow yourself and your business to just BE sometimes!

Surround Yourself With Success September 13th, 2010
Successful people do one thing – they COMMIT. To themselves, to their dream, to the people they are here to serve and to the Universe.
When you are called into your greatness – there is an overwhelming desire to move into the work – you are passionate, excited, enthusiastic and filled with juice – you’ve got your goals in sight – your engines are revving and you are caught in the throes of a LOVE AFFAIR with your work!
Then like in all good relationships – the high-octane fuel of new love recedes and the time comes for you to settle in and do the regular work of feeding the fire of your passion and keeping it going. THAT is the PRECISE time that you need to surround yourself with others who are successfully – VERY successfully delivering their gifts to the world.
When your own initial burst of excitement has burnt itself out – you need friends, partners, mentors, colleagues, coaches, trainers, and masterminders to help you to continue to move forward into your becoming – into your dreams and into the service that you were born to deliver into the world.
This is the most important time to LOOK AROUND and to SEE exactly who you have in your life- are the people around you your cheerleaders? Are you surrounded by folks who want the very best for you? Do you have anyone on your team who can offer a CONSTRUCTIVE view of where you might have some (or even many) weaknesses in your plan? Are there people in your circle who have already succeeded in doing something similar to what you are trying to accomplish.
The birds are squawking outside my window this morning – crows I think – reminding me to remind you that “Birds of a feather flock together” – so take a GOOD LONG LOOK at who you are “flocking” with. If you are challenged to move forward in your work – perhaps you’ve been spending too much time with the naysayers and it’s time to look elsewhere – to look to create relationships with people who you wish to emulate – to engage in activities that are going to grow you, expand your mind about what is possible and provide a container of mutual support within which to investigate just where you might need some additional help to strengthen your own areas of weakness.
Detach from Drama – drama just sucks up your life force – your energy and it makes you lose focus on what is truly important to you. If you are surrounded by a lot of drama – ask yourself – what within me is ready to die to all this so that I can actually create something beautiful, sustainable and transferable that will serve not only myself but also the people I am here to serve and perhaps even future generations. Who is out there that is doing what I want to do? Go out there and start “flocking” with them – sooner or later Success Rubs Off. Seriously!

Practice, Persistence & Patience…. September 7th, 2010
Oh MY! (Lions & Tigers & Bears! OH MY!) – Here’s what happens – when you are willing – to PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE and PRACTICE some more – (this is called persistence) you begin to develop the magical quality of PATIENCE – allowing things to unfold in their OWN time – including YOU and your business. Part of the work of a Passion-preneur is the deep development of this patience muscle. You have been STRUCK THROUGH THE HEART and you have deep burning desire to serve the world in the highest ways possible to bring your gifts to the table, to help those you are here to serve and to joyfully co-create magic, miracles and money with your entrepreneurship! And yet……
There are SO many pieces of this ART of running a business – that sometimes you can trip, fall and get deeply discouraged. Here is where the practice comes in handy – one of my favorite practices is to become DEEPLY aware and just NOTICE when I’ve lost the fire in my belly and the flame in my heart for the work that I know I’ve been born to do. When that happens as a PRACTICE – it’s time to take some time away from the work – and to make a retreat where you can re-kindle the flame and come back into right relationship with your business and fuel yourself to continue to persist in bringing your gifts in to the world in positive, productive and profitable ways.
It can be challenging to have a HUGE vision and then to realize that you are not going to INSTANTLY MANIFEST it! Spirit gives you these big visions as opportunities to grow – inside yourself and inside your business. Cultivating that patience muscle is a way to hone and refine your Spirit. When you wait for something – and when you take your time to carefully and mindfully and patiently craft something – then you will be creating lasting value in the world – and you will be (EXACTLY ON TIME) richly rewarded for it!
There are so many parts to a successful business – and the journey to success is one that is filled with a huge variety of challenges that you must face, apply your skill to and overcome. For many evolving entrepreneurs the discovery of your passionate purpose is just the beginning – there is so much to learn, so much to synthesize and then so much to integrate before finally putting all those parts together into a viable, sustainable, thriving enterprise that is the carrying vessel for your accumulated wisdom and knowledge.
This fall I’m in the space myself of having been called into a BIG vision – the creation of my first big Telesummit event – I’ve figured out why it’s called a Summit! – Because like climbing a high mountain peak the creating and delivery of this event has been quite a journey – there have been a lot of ditches, some crevasses, a few slippery slopes, a lot of strategizing, some muscling through, and the peak at this point is ALMOST but NOT QUITE in sight!
How to stay the course? Practice – everyday – I have a yoga practice and I’ve also been called even more deeply into my own energetic practices as well as mindset work – the most valuable of which has been “STAY IN TODAY”. Persist – just keep moving – put one foot in front of the other, step by step you make steady progress and finally PATIENCE – this has been a big life long quality that I’ve been cultivating. The harvest will arrive – in it’s own time – you don’t see the farmer planting a seed in the field and then going out the next day and looking for the fruit of the vine. Breathing is a great way to encourage patience and discourage anxiety and fear from creeping in when you wonder if you are ever going to make it to the peak or if you are going to go slipping away and crash and burn in a devastating heap! Just keep breathing.

Have you ever…..? August 31st, 2010
Have you ever received a BIG VISION???An INSPIRATION from Spirit that you felt compelled to bring into fruition? Have you ever worked really hard to create something beautiful? Have you ever poured your heart and soul into something that you were really deeply passionate about? Have you ever failed????
What happens when you fail? What happens when you feel like you are quite literally at the end of your rope? When you feel like you’ve risked it all and you are about to lose it? What do you think this does to your soul, to your Spirit, to your capacity for joy and play, spontaneity and lightness of being? What happens to your Spirit when all that you have worked for is suddenly and mysteriously removed from your grasp?
Letting go and surrendering is probably the most challenging thing that can be asked of us. Life is such a paradox – work towards your goals and dreams! Take action!! Do what you are called to do!! Then let go, surrender, release, and say goodbye. Sometimes you just don’t know whether you are coming or going.
Behind it all though there is a DIVINE Plan. Your soul does in fact know exactly what it is doing – each experience is there specifically to bring you a lesson and a gift. Can you find it? Can you let go of your own sadness, gyrations, machinations and drama creation to stop, breathe, listen, rest in the stillness and believe?
If you can find ONE thing – just ONE thing to be grateful for – You can WALK!! You can BREATHE on your own!! You have friends and other people who care for you! You have a brain that can think and create! You live on the sunny side of the street, the shady side of the street, it’s raining, it’s snowing, it’s autumn, the flowers are blooming…. SOMETHING – find SOMETHING and just FOCUS all your attention on that ONE thing that you are grateful for – allow that feeling of gratitude that feeling of open hearted wonder to come in and slowly but steadily fill you up.
Today I am grateful for more than a few things -
1 – I can write
2 – I can walk
3 – I can see
4 – I can hug
5 – I can dream
6 – I can breathe on my own
7 – I can feel (emotionally and physically)
That’s enough for now – I could make the list go on and on. I was feeling sad and discouraged when I started this post – but now – just taking the time to re-focus I’m feeling so much better. I have a big event that I’ve been working really diligently on all summer that’s happening in a few weeks – I’m at another speedbump in the road on the event – no one seems to be interested. I have to decide – do I keep spending money on creating something that no one wants? Am I not being patient enough? Have I made a big mistake in putting almost all my eggs in this one basket? Could I, should I do something else? Have I strayed from my path and come to a dead end?
Let’s get back to gratitude shall we? One of the things I am really grateful for is that I’ve been blessed to work with some amazing people to shift their own patterns of behavior and to reclaim a clear vision of what their next steps are on their own personal path. Whether it’s a path of entrepreneurship where they are taking their passion out into the world in greater and more authentic ways or a decision to let their gifts shine through in other ways – the people who I’ve been blessed to serve have always brought such brilliance, courage and beauty into my life. To be a sacred witness is a holy thing. Another thing that I’m grateful for.

Back in the Day… August 23rd, 2010
I want to share a funny story with you – a few weeks ago I launched my DIVINE Partners affiliate program and the first email I sent out to my new affiliates had the subject line “Remember that Old Wella Balsam Commercial?”
This commercial was really good at illustrating the point of how just by telling a few friends about something the news spreads and expands exponentially – I wanted to remind people about the power of “telling two friends” and use the reference to this old commercial as a tool to inspire my new affiliates to begin promoting the preview call that initiated the launch of my big fall event the 6 Figure Speakers Summit
So the funny thing is when I set up this email and sent out I figured everyone would “get” it and appreciate the intent in sharing it – well imagine my surprise when – a week later I was talking with my summit support team and half the team had never even heard of the commercial! In fact one of my team members wasn’t even born yet when the commercial was made and aired! Boy was I surprised and I really got a big AHA about my marketing and my communications with my Divine Partners.
1st AHA – Never assume that people know what you are talking about – so here’s the link to the commercial so YOU will know what I’m talking about : Faberge Wheat Germ Oil & Honey Shampoo
2nd AHA – Never assume that your people have the same frame of reference that you do (corollary to 1st AHA)
3rd AHA – Be clear on what your intent is and communicate it in a multitude of ways (It would have served better if I had shared the video link in that first email instead of assuming that people would know)
4th AHA – Never “date” yourself or your materials – try to communicate in a compelling way but be “evergreen” with your message so that no matter who reads it they are going to get it.
5th AHA – This commercial was actually at the time demonstrating a concept that has since been translated into a powerful tool for communicating your message (Social Media) so it was actually modeling a concept that became a future trend (the commercial was also at the very beginning of the “organic” movement.
6th AHA – Make sure your team is also on the same page with you before you send something out – so you are all clear together on the intent of the communication and the team is also prepared to respond if there are customer service or partner issues
7th AHA – remember that you can always use a “boo boo” to your advantage – I ended up sending out a followup email that included the commercial AND gave me the opportunity to have another round of communication with my Divine Partners to encourage them to start promoting again for this week’s Preview Call # 2 on Thursday.
8th AHA – I was able to see that my business is moving to the next level now and so I need to be even more clear, more intentional, more precise and more attentive to my messages.
9th AHA – I learned a lot from this experience – and am able to share it with you!! – I can continue to harvest gold and wisdom that generates valuable content that serves my community! Ahhhhhh AHA!

Paying Attention To Your Relationships August 14th, 2010
Did you notice??? Lately – I have NOT been paying attention!! I thought I had my act together – but apparently that is NOT the case!! When I broke my arm last winter – I realized that I needed to get help – which I did – and for which I’m very grateful – but what happened is this – I let go of some aspects of my work and my business that were NOT in my best interests to let go of – most importantly – my connection with my community, with the blogosphere and with what I’ve been putting out there.
I stopped writing – for a long time. Now I can release and forgive myself for my lack of writing while I was in a cast – that’s understandable – however – I’ve been out of the cast now for months – and still – no writing. I slacked off and asked someone else to handle getting information out on my blogs and you know what – it SHOWS that I have not been mindful. I’ve not been paying attention at all!
The other day I took a look at my blog and said YUCK! There’s nothing here of substance. Yuck! So I’ve decided it’s time – time to actually PAY ATTENTION to the things that work. To be IN my business – rather than "abdicating" the throne and turning the reigns over to someone else who may or may not know what I REALLY want to say and who certainly doesn’t have the same level of connection (in fact can’t possibly have the same level of connection) with my audience as I do.
Mea Culpa – I come to you now and hope that I can make amends for any damage done to our relationship – I forgive myself and I am also now AWARE. Once you are aware – you can’t make any more excuses. I hope you can forgive me too. I’m not broken any more and my prayer is that I haven’t broken your trust and our relationship with each other.
My commitment is to come back to the basics and to set up a consistent practice of delivering quality, high frequency, valuable content and Divine Wisdom through this channel. I intend to be a better blogger. I hope you’ll continue on the journey with me….
I Also Want to share with you that I have brought In a Partner – a Mindful, Meaningful, Masterful Partner who is Sharing this Entrepreneurial Journey with Me and Has been working hard behind the scenes assisting me in Serving our clients and in Co-creating Our Amazing and now fully empowering Core Path Intensive.
