As an Evolving Entrepreneur one of the most important things that you can focus your attention on is your own AUTHENTICITY. As we move up the vibrational scale on a planetary basis and as higher and higher consciousness begins to emerge for more people, one of the by products is the ability to “see” and more often “feel” when someone or some thing is inauthentic.
As has been pointed out in previous posts energy is everywhere and everything – including in your business ventures. When you are engaging in your vocation, your own authentic voice, values and vision must all be in alignment in order for you to truly succeed in delivering on your mission and purpose. Often there can be mis-alignment at an energetic level that is being transmitted out from your business to your clients, customers and prospective business partners. Transparency has become a buzzword in business recently – some are trying to “jump on” the transparency bandwagon and are generously sprinkling their presentations and offers with the word – but the energy doesn’t lie – these folks are often using the phrase “I want to be totally transparent with you” and the truth is that they are just using the word but aren’t at all BEING what they are trying to convey.
Energy doesn’t (in fact it can’t) lie. What these folks don’t actually “get” is that they are transparent to those of us who can SEE THROUGH what they are saying and are aware of the fact that the walk isn’t matching the talk. True transparency isn’t something that you can conjure up – it just is. If you are acting in alignment with your intentions – if you are being honest with yourself and you aren’t just hiding behind the buzzwords and trying to ride the wave of the cultural zeitgeist then you will naturally draw forth from the Universe all the opportunities and experiences, clients and business partners that will serve you and the highest good of all concerned. If you find yourself struggling then perhaps its time to take a look at whether or not you truly are aligning with your authentic voice, vision and values.
Recently I attended a couple of events – authenticity is a core component of one of them – a year long mastermind about Sales, Authenticity & Success. As you can see from the title of the mastermind, Authenticity was intended by the creator as an integral part of what was being promoted when the event was sold. One of the most beautiful gifts of the event was witnessing a fellow masterminder move through a process of releasing a role that no longer served her as the “righthand gal” in her husband’s business and embracing her authentic voice – quite literally – by the end of our retreat she had claimed her truth as a singer/songwriter and stood up to perform for us all a fragment of a song that came to her as soon as she opened her heart to that possibility. It was a beautiful sight indeed to see this petite beauty stand up – reach down into the core of her being – open her mouth and sing. Truly a wonderous gift and I’m sure she’ll be supported in the development of that aspect of herself as the year unfolds by all of us.
When you find yourself stuck, repeating patterns, torn in two, feeling bound to a certain role or way of being – energy shifting can help to move you through this and bring about a greater degree of authenticity within yourself and by extension within your business. Acts that are inauthentic actually drain us of our life force energy, they create “energy leaks” so to speak – we have to spend time and energy “covering” for ourselves – whether it’s within or in our everyday acts – and this can be a great waste of time, money and opportunities. Learning Energy Mastery is all about moving into that place where you are able to automatically align with your most authentic expression. Being in that place of full authenticity frees up tremendous amounts of energy to channel through the greatness that you were here to deliver to the world.
