Yourself and Your Business?

This has been a week of repeated mistakes – each of them has been shown to me – as I have brought the bright shining light of awareness into them – as deeply self-sabotaging.

Sunday I was supposed to speak – speaking is the way that I share my message, speaking is also the way that I attract new people to my list, people who are supposed to be working with me and my Divine Business Partner in some way to transform their lives. Speaking is the oil for the engine that runs this company. Sunday night I had a speaking gig – on a radio show – hosted by a coach who has lots of listeners who are entrepreneurs – people I am here to serve otherwise I would not have been attracted to reach out to be a guest on his show. For the first time EVER in my life – I didn’t show up – I completely missed this engagement – it wasn’t like I was sick or something and couldn’t do it – I just totally forgot. I’m not going to make any excuses – it’s my job as an entrepreneur – as a speaker – as a guest who is scheduled and has been promoted – to show up! That was the start of the week.

Two days later – I undersold myself – I’m in a coaching mastermind with Kevin Nations – the Big Ticket Blueprint Mentor. I’ve heavily invested in this program – I have a GREAT coach – a coach who knows what the heck he’s talking about it because he’s living it every single day – a coach who knows and shares with abandon – exactly how to create a business model that not only values the transformation that I provide appropriately but also values my own desires to live a certain lifestyle – a lifestyle that allows me to be at football games for my son, a lifestyle that lets me choose when, where and how I’m going to work. What I did on that call when I was talking to the client was I judged, I assumed, and I robbed – that’s right – I robbed that person of the opportunity to receive the BEST work that I and my partner have to offer. I robbed myself and my partner and my business of the opportunity to receive fully and completely the value of our work. I robbed myself of the wisdom that my mentor has supplied me with time and time again. I robbed my business of my single minded focus.

Then on Wednesday I really blew it – in the biggest most heinous way possible. In my work – ESPECIALLY in my private work – the creation of a relationship of safety, trust and sacredness is THE NUMBER ONE most important aspect of the work. Creating Sacred Space for someone to dive into the depths of their being – to bring to the surface all the wounds, all the fears, all the doubts, all the traumas, all the dramas that are blocking them from moving forward fearlessly and courageously in the delivery of their most precious gifts to the world is what I do! It’s because of the high level of integrity and impeccability that I intend to create and hold that people are willing to invest in themselves through me. The creation of a reputation as one who is impeccable with my word and deeply honoring of the process of my clients is what my business has been built upon. People know their “stuff” is safe with me. I have a SOUL LEVEL agreement to keep private stuff private unless I’ve been given permission to share. What did I do on Wednesday? I told a private client story – on the phone – on a live call – and I did NOT have permission. Professional Suicide. And of course – wouldn’t you know – the client was actually on the call – listening. 2.35 minutes of total idiocy, lack of consciousness and disrespect for the sacred agreement – betrayal of trust. Uck!

Yesterday I spent the day sitting in my stupidity – self flagellating and running a constant stream of conversation in my head that repeatedly reminded me of my total inadequacy as a human being, a teacher, a healer and a leader. I also experienced a deep desire to run and hide – to give it all up – to say to hell with it – let someone else play this role – I’m finished. I tried to shift the burden – to pretend innocence – like “I was just following this system” and deep inside I knew THAT WAS A CROCK. This was followed by the refrain of a favorite oldie as the “I can’t do anything right” song played loudly in my head. Followed by “Whatta my gonna do NOW?” Followed by a wide array of ways I could throw myself on my sword and cut out my heart to give it to my private client in order to somehow make amends.

Finally I stopped. Took a deep breath. Looked around at the carnage and said to myself – ok – what was that REALLY all about. Know what – I think it means I need to let go. To let go of the need to always be perfect. To let go of my own judgments about others and myself. To let go of the need to control everything, do everything, be everything. To let myself be – to stop picking the scab of low self worth and let it heal. It’s time. To breathe again – to take personal responsibility and to look for help in transmuting all this within my own system – the SCORE for your Spiritually Energized Entrepreneurial Success System which my Divine Business Partner Mikael Sami-Kumara and I deliver in our CORE PATH – The Foundations of Divine Wealth Intensive!

I’m going to SCORE myself and my business – Surfacing (did a pretty good job of that this week) Clearing – That’s the next step for me now – Opening (I wonder what will happen when my client and I have an open conversation about this) – Revealing – What are the hidden gifts – what do they mean for my business – what is all this showing to me? and finally ENERGIZING – because let’s face it life goes on. We can either be in it – the messy as well as the beautiful or we can check out – it’s going to keep on going and going and going like the Energizer Bunny – remember him?

I just got off the phone with a potential client – she’s got great content and a powerful message AND everytime it’s time for her to go out there and speak about her message she’s blocked – in a BIG way! What I “saw” was a “tug-o-war” that was going on between her (adult self) and her (inner child self). It looked like a continuous loop that just kept playing back over and over. This is exactly the type of block that can be so DESTRUCTIVE to you and your business. Can you see how if every time she’s ready to speak – the “fear button” gets pushed and then she’s in this back and forth with herself! What this does is it ties up and drains out a great deal of her energy – when she is finally ready to take the stage and speak – energetically she’s getting up there with a field that is “battle worn”. This is the energy she is emanating AND what she’s going to attract in to her field are two different types of people:

1) Other battle worn, world weary, exhausted and drained people who want to work with her to have her “fill them up”

2) People who are going to pick up the other end of the rope and start pushing her boundaries in the client relationship – always asking for sessions on their terms or times, or canceling and wanting to reschedule or not being able to make their payments timely or whatever the latest excuse is for them not doing their work or following her program.

(Note: both of these scenarios can also play out with staffers and support team members or in other aspects of your life – maybe not in the business but in your personal relationships – regardless you are not able to bring the fullness of your presence to your work if you are looping like this!)

Now the thing about these energetic loop back patterns is that NO AMOUNT OF SELF TALK – Mindset Shifting – or coaching on the mental, emotional or physical levels is going to permanently shift this pattern. This is an ENERGETIC imprint on her very soul that can be EASILY shifted and cleared though via the soul level/energetic shifting work that is available through the CORE Path Intensive or via private sessions with either myself or my lead Energy Mastery Coach Trainer Michael Neely.

And what happened with this potential client?? Even though she could CLEARLY see that doing this type of work was EXACTLY what she needed – she Manifested – right in that moment of decision the EXACT tug of war that she needs to overcome – as soon as it was time to step in to investing in herself and making the commitment to deep and permanent transformation – which she herself said quite clearly was without a doubt the right choice for her – then all of a sudden BOOM- the no money tape started to play!

Mmmm me-thinks I smell a loop!  Will she ever get out?  Who knows… my bet is not without the help that is EXACTLY what will serve her best!  Right now she’s highly invested in 4 other programs – do you think she’s going to get the most that she can out of any of them?  Doubtful – there’s just not enough energy left after going into battle ONE MORE TIME with her small self to really capitalize on anything she’s invested in learning at the moment – that’s all just brain candy to satisfy that FEAR MONSTER who’s living in her brain – that “rational” voice that tells her she’s not REALLY good enough to be GREAT!

As an Entrepreneur, your business is a natural reflection of you and your Energy matrix.  It is a crucible within which all your “stuff” gets surfaced to be worked on.  When you step into your Calling, you automatically activate at the soul level all that is not in alignment and which needs to be released or re-aligned.  Having traveled this path, myself, with my own “Energy Journey” into entrepreneurship, based on my passionate purpose, I have some interesting and instructional stories to share.

There are a lot of different “functions” that an entrepreneur must engage in as part of the operation of their business.  It’s not enough to have your passion and your purpose identified, although that is certainly the first step.  Are you being called to run your own business?  Is that really the calling? Or, instead, are you being called into service in a different area of specialization than you’ve ever engaged in before and is this service better rendered within the structure of an already-established enterprise or, perhaps, in partnership or co-creative collaboration with others who are already up and functioning in the field?

Passionpreneurs must be dedicated not only to their passion and purpose, but they must be equally as committed and dedicated to creating a successful and sustainable business.  There are many “Models” from which to choose.  Are you more interested in Delivering your service via Electronic means or is the calling to work with people in a very personal Live setting?  Perhaps you are best on the phone?

One of the most important things you might want to get clear on is to start with the underlying energy of the service/passion that you are called to and then take some very intentional time to craft and create, at the energetic level, a “blueprint” of not only the type or model of business you wish to engage in, but also to extend that energetic out further than the confines of the business itself to encompass the type of lifestyle that you really want.  If you are already engaged in the process of crafting your passionate business – stop for a moment – take a breath – and really consciously begin to image for yourself what your “typical” day will be like – who you’ll be serving, how you’ll be serving, where you’ll be serving.

If you already have an existing enterprise and you are finding yourself banging up against walls or hitting stumbling blocks, then perhaps it’s time for an energetic shift – an examination of the underlying intent – a review of the Business Blueprint, the mental models, the emotional underpinnings and the core essence of the business – in order to more easily align with the joyful delivery of your gifts into the world.  Energy shifting of your business can be accomplished with a fair amount of ease and once the shift has unfolded at the energy level – what is showing up for you in 3D will soon follow – often in very surprising or even “miraculous” ways!
